This is a position best suited to a commercial yet technically minded person who enjoys the challenge of providing technical and operational solutions to clients. This exciting role will provide administration, management and secretarial services for established and new Real Estate and Private Equity Funds; co-ordinating distribution of call and distribution notices, interpretation of agreements, assessing client profitability, overseeing client relationships, authorised signatory and client Directorship responsibility, client take-on and set up, undertaking projects, recruitment.

He/she will be educated to at least ‘A’ level standard, preferably holding ICSA Diploma/similar; strong problem solving, report writing, organisational, mentoring and training and time management skills; proficient in MS Office and software; demonstrable experience in RE/PE/T&C senior position, and preferably corporate structures and SPV administration; Co Sec knowledge a plus.
