You’ll advise on a broad range of contentious matters including trust and company disputes, commercial litigation, cross-border fraud, insolvency, asset recovery, regulatory enforcement and arbitration.
Working closely with experienced partners, you’ll take responsibility for your own matters, advise clients, conduct legal research, draft documentation and prepare cases for court.
The role would suit a UK/Commonwealth-qualified lawyer with 2–6 years’ PQE and relevant litigation experience, particularly someone looking to develop their career within a sophisticated offshore disputes practice.
