Our client is looking for a hands-on Commercial Director with a proven track record in driving sales, leading teams, and delivering growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team.
- Owning the commercial strategy and full P&L for key categories.
- Building strong relationships with major customers.
- Shaping wider business strategy and long-term value creation.
What we’re looking for:
- Senior leadership experience in commercial or category management.
- Proven track record of delivering sales and margin growth.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and operations.
- Experience leading teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Board-level or shareholder reporting experience.
