Chief Information Officer

The appointment of a Chief Information Officer is a key step for the business. The CIO will shape and deliver the organisation's technology strategy, driving transformation, innovation and technology-enabled growth. 

This is a role or a strategic technology leader who is also hands-on. The successful candidate will be comfortable setting the strategic direction while also rolling up their sleeves, engaging with the detail and working closely with the team to ensure strategy is successfully translated into delivery. 

We are seeking an experienced and credible technology leader with: 

• Significant experience within financial services.

• A proven track record of developing and delivering enterprise-wide technology. strategy and transformation.

• Strong expertise across technology, architecture, data and AI. 

• The ability to combine strategic thinking with practical, hands-on delivery. 

• Excellent executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills. 

• Proven experience building, developing and leading high-performing technology teams. 

• The judgement, energy and leadership capability to operate as a key member of the senior leadership team.
