This great role offers work on interesting mix of deal structures and complex transactions including completion of investment acquisitions and disposals, investor transactions, arrangement of leverage and financing, coordination of board meetings, investor and financial reporting; client relationship management, leading a team and managing appraisals and training; coordinating legal and tax advice; maintaining Operational Procedures Manuals; participate in fee negotiations; assist with client billing information including analysis of time and aged debtors.
ICSA or equivalent qualification expected but not mandatory if candidate can demonstrate relevant practical experience; experience working with private debt/private equity/real estate beneficial but not mandatory; experience of team management; excellent interpersonal and relationship skills; quick to learn new systems.
