Our client seeks the ideal candidate to analyse and report on KPIs; manage client screening; monitor and track client onboarding; maintain partner and fee earner communications; arrange client take-on compliance sign-off; coordinate and review take-on processes; provide training and mentoring; develop risk-based approach; manage performance by reviews; escalate issues/risks arising.
The successful candidate will be educated to at least A Level standard and desirably hold ICA/equivalent; understanding of regulatory requirements and AML; at least 5 years similar experience and preferably in legal; leadership, communication, organisation, prioritisation and team management skills; strong in IT; attention to detail; able to work accurately and under pressure; solution driven; flexible.
