Compliance Assistant Manager & CO

Duties involve overseeing trust including data-driven analysis of policies,  incidents, training; owning Business Assessment and Risk Register, advising on client and compliance risk, cross-business R&C initiatives; supporting high-risk client reviews, working with Global Client Take-On teams, deliver key compliance and risk duties, periodic reviews, training, daily AML screening escalations, regulatory reporting, policy oversight, regulatory horizon scanning, analysing changes in law and regulation, drafting gap analysis papers for the boards.

Requirements are experience in compliance/risk/operational control in regulated corporate/fund services; experience presenting at board level, delivering training and working in Jersey licensed businesses a plus; in-depth understanding of anti-financial crime and conduct/prudential regulations across law firms, fiduciary, and/or fund services; knowledge of Guernsey, UK, BVI, Cayman) a plus; experience in CO/MLRO/deputy roles preferred, along with experience managing and developing team members.
