You will lead and oversee compliance, AML/CFT/CPF, onboarding, and risk management activities across the business, ensuring adherence to Jersey regulatory requirements and internal policies.
You will manage new business reviews, investor onboarding, periodic reviews, and compliance monitoring processes, while providing practical compliance advice to stakeholders and clients.
You will support the development and enhancement of policies, procedures, and risk frameworks, prepare management reporting, and promote a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.
In addition, you will supervise and mentor junior team members, manage team workloads, and contribute to strategic compliance projects within a fast-paced financial services environment.
