Support the compliance and risk function in ensuring that the business meets all regulatory and legal obligations while maintaining the highest standards of governance and integrity.
Contribute to the delivery of the Compliance Monitoring Programme, conduct AML/CFT/CPF and financial crime screening, and provide insightful analysis to mitigate risk exposure.
Review and enhance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements, while preparing key management information for senior stakeholders.
Act as a trusted partner to teams across the business, offering guidance, coaching, and compliance expertise to strengthen awareness and promote a culture of accountability.
