Deputy Managing Director

We are seeking an experienced senior financial services professional to take on a key leadership role within an established, dynamic Group

This is a key leadership position, working closely with the Managing Director and Board to drive business growth, operational excellence, client delivery and regulatory governance across the Jersey business.

The Requirements:
• A relevant professional qualification such as Lawyer, Accountant or Trust practitioner ( STEP or ICSA)
• At least 5 years’ Board-level experience
• Strong fiduciary and/or fund services experience
• Proven senior leadership and team management skills
• A strong commercial and strategic mindset
• Excellent knowledge of the Jersey regulatory environment
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the continued growth and development of the business, with potential succession to Managing Director in the future.
