You will provide advanced IT support and escalation services to clients, assisting with the diagnosis and resolution of desktop, network, server, and cloud-related issues. 

 

Working as part of the Service Delivery team, you will support clients remotely and occasionally onsite, ensuring a high standard of technical service and client satisfaction.

 

You will respond to support requests, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and contribute to engineering and infrastructure support activities across client environments. 

 

The role also involves maintaining and developing technical expertise, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies, while supporting operational efficiency and service delivery targets within a fast-paced managed services environment.
