Executive Director

You will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day management and strategic direction of the Jersey business, overseeing operations, regulatory responsibilities, client relationships, and business growth initiatives. 

You will act as a director on internal entities, contribute to board-level decision making, and support the development and execution of business and marketing strategies.

You will lead senior teams, manage key client relationships, oversee operational performance, and drive business development opportunities across the funds sector. 

The role also involves regulatory engagement, risk management oversight, and leading strategic projects, requiring a commercially focused and technically strong professional with extensive financial services and leadership experience.
