Great role assisting with establishing new structures and transitioning switch business, development of client and advisor relationships and in-depth knowledge of clients’ structures and market awareness; assist with company secretarial matters, including agendas, board packs, and minutes; processing routine fund operations such as investor calls and distributions; prepare payment instructions for fund related expenses.

Candidate must be self-motivated with demonstrable experience of working in a funds or similar environment at a similar level; deadline oriented; team player; flexible; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail; able to work independently; basic knowledge of AML/KYC legislation and requirements; ICSA/ACCA/ACA qualified/studying toward.
