The candidate will be expected to define and own marketing strategy which will require working with sales and product to understand and define key objectives and will build and lead a marketing function that can operate in a high performance, stand-out company culture, actively engaging in hands-on delivery of solutions and support; data integrity to monitor marketing spend, stakeholder management and building relationships, and ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence; develop brand identity through public facing assets and media campaigns.
Candidate will have proven track record leading marketing team in B2B and cross-functional team ideally in start-up/scale-up; building B2B brand identity; experience in multiple international financial markets and key industry events; ideally strong understanding of professional corporate services, wealth management and captive insurance sectors and experience of marketing to these on an international basis; Trust/Funds (could be Money Market/Corporate Admin background.
