A senior Group-level operations role responsible for driving operational excellence, process improvement and operating model alignment across a multi-jurisdictional financial services group.

Working closely with Operations, IT, Transformation, Risk and Compliance, the role will lead operational change, improve processes and controls, oversee business continuity and use data, automation and AI to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
