You will support the day-to-day operations of a busy HR department, ensuring a smooth and efficient employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.
You will manage HR administrative processes including contracts, pre-employment checks, HR system updates, employee changes, visa renewals, and employee records administration.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to support HR processes, respond to employee queries, coordinate student programmes and placements, and maintain accurate HR data and reporting.
The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach to improving processes and supporting operational efficiency.
