Take on a key in-house governance role, working closely with directors and senior management to support effective decision-making, strong governance and statutory compliance.
You’ll manage board and committee processes, maintain governance frameworks and documentation, oversee entity compliance and contribute to wider projects including restructures, integrations and entity formations.
