You will design, implement, and maintain secure, reliable, and high-performing systems that underpin core operations, regulatory compliance, and business continuity.
You will also lead a team of infrastructure analysts, overseeing technical delivery, mentoring staff, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
The role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, including planning and executing cloud migrations, implementing Infrastructure as Code, optimising system performance, and collaborating closely with cyber security and risk teams to maintain compliance and security standards.
You will manage third-party suppliers, maintain comprehensive technical documentation, and proactively drive improvements to infrastructure services.
Success in this role requires deep expertise in Microsoft infrastructure and Azure solutions, strong leadership and project management skills, and a proactive, continuous-learning mindset.
