Manager, Funds

You will oversee the day-to-day administration and governance of complex fund structures, working closely with investors, fund managers, legal advisers, auditors, and regulators. 

You will play a key role in investor servicing, capital calls, distributions, cash management, fund documentation, client onboarding, and regulatory compliance while ensuring exceptional service delivery.

The position also offers significant exposure to strategic projects, business development initiatives, operational improvements, and new client acquisitions. 

Alongside managing client relationships, you will mentor and develop junior team members, oversee workload allocation, support recruitment activities, and contribute to building a high-performing team culture.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded and technically strong fund administration professional who enjoys solving complex challenges, leading teams, and delivering operational excellence within the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.
