People and Culture Junior Business Partner

You will support business stakeholders by providing People & Culture advisory services, using data and insights to address workforce needs and improve employee experience. 

You will manage onboarding, maintain accurate people data, and ensure compliance with policies, governance, and data standards.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement P&C initiatives, resolve queries, and support organisational design, while analysing workforce trends to inform decision-making. 

Working closely with leaders and teams, you will help deliver efficient HR processes and contribute to a high-performing, people-focused environment.
