You will lead the development and delivery of Jersey Electricity’s learning and development strategy, helping to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
You will oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), drive learning initiatives across the organisation, and develop programmes that strengthen leadership capability, digital skills, compliance, and employee development.
You will partner with leaders to identify skills gaps, design learning pathways, and use data and analytics to measure impact and support continuous improvement.
The role also involves leading leadership development programmes, managing learning governance and compliance training, and mentoring the L&D Administrator within a collaborative and people-focused environment.
