An exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing financial services business in Jersey or Guernsey, leading high-impact change initiatives across areas including risk, regulatory, finance, optimisation and technology.
You’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to delivery, working across Agile, release train and waterfall environments.
With responsibility for governance, stakeholder management, budgets, risks and third-party relationships, you’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful improvements to customer journeys, technology and operational processes.
We’re looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager with strong financial services experience, ideally within banking or lending.
You’ll bring excellent stakeholder and communication skills, a strong understanding of governance and regulatory requirements, and experience working across areas such as CRM, core banking, AI, customer journeys, QA or portfolio management.
PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum or SAFe qualifications would be advantageous.
