Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining risk, compliance and regulatory awareness across the firm.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining the firm's strategic risk registers.
- Provide practical, effective and business focused risk, compliance and technical advice to the Partners, Directors and service lines.
- Assist in analysing laws and regulations, identifying key changes, assessing the likely impact and provide guidance on appropriate actions.
- Assist in the maintenance, review and update of all policies and procedures at least annually.
