Senior Associate - Corporate

An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Senior Associate to join a leading Corporate team in Guernsey, working on sophisticated and high-quality matters across the offshore market.

You’ll advise on a varied portfolio of corporate work, with exposure to banking, finance and/or funds, while working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative and supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent academic background, Commonwealth qualification and at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate banking, finance and/or funds, together with strong technical ability, commercial awareness and a personable approach.
