Take ownership of the financial control agenda for a growing European CLO platform, from warehouse and inaugural issuance through to a scalable multi-deal programme.
You’ll oversee NAV, complex CLO waterfalls, risk retention, financial and regulatory reporting, while managing outsourced providers and working closely with deal teams, investors and key stakeholders.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong fund control experience and a genuine understanding of CLOs, structured credit and leveraged loans.
