Great role delivering exceptional customer service, handling complex inquiries and training and mentoring junior team members; delivering tailored solutions across various banking products and services; maintaining thorough knowledge of savings accounts, loans, and credit products; identifying and proposing improvements to customer service processes; supporting implementation of customer service policies; building and maintaining strong customer relationships; identifying potential risks in customer accounts/transactions; leading on operational processes, meeting clients and attending client events.
The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in team, proficiency with banking software, CRM tools, and relevant technology, pro-active approach, knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
