Duties involve preparing Financial Statements to IFRS/UK/US GAAP; valuations, reconciliations of fund draw downs and distributions, accruals, expenses; double entry bookkeeping; drawdown, equalisation and distribution calculations; Fund investor capital statements; attend client and audit meetings; projects; monitoring business processes.
Candidate will have excellent working knowledge in multi-national environment of Private Capital fund structures and accounting standards; team player; good organisation, analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritisation and time management skills; accountancy qualification.
