You will be responsible for producing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management accounts, preparing annual financial statements under UK GAAP, US GAAP, IFRS or AUS standards, and ensuring all deliverables meet agreed service levels.
You’ll manage fee calculations, carried interest and distribution waterfalls, handle audit processes, respond to client queries, and help maintain strong governance through adherence to internal procedures and client documentation.
In addition to technical responsibilities, you will represent the team in client meetings, support new business pitches, and drive continuous improvement by refining processes and staying current with industry developments.
This role also includes mentoring and managing junior staff, ensuring high-quality output and fostering professional growth. Ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a client-facing environment and is committed to accuracy, risk reduction, and operational excellence.
