You’ll gain exposure to complex fund structures, investor administration, capital calls and distributions, fund transactions, board meetings, corporate governance and statutory reporting, while working closely with investment teams, lawyers, auditors, directors and other key stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Equity Fund Administrator with 4+ years’ experience who wants to deepen their technical knowledge and move into a sophisticated in-house investment environment.
