A senior in-house legal role providing strategic and commercially focused advice across alternative investment funds, financial services regulation, data protection and commercial contracts.
The position plays a key leadership role within the legal function, overseeing team members, partnering closely with finance, compliance and risk teams, and leading negotiations with clients and suppliers.
With a strong emphasis on regulatory awareness, policy development and business enablement, this role suits an experienced solicitor who enjoys operating at a strategic level while remaining hands-on in a fast-paced, international financial services environment.
