Do you have a Masters of Laws or Bachelor's Degree in Law with strong academic credentials?
The successful candidate will;
Collaborate with internal business teams and support functions such as Finance, Compliance and Risk.
Represent the Group in negotiations with third parties such as suppliers and clients.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of evolving legislative, regulatory and industry strategies for the alternative investment funds industry.
Pro-actively create and maintain awareness of business employees for (compliance with) relevant laws and regulations.
Work to streamline existing documentation, corporate policies and precedents.
Represent the Legal team in group wide projects and initiatives.
Work closely with the Group Head of Legal.
