Candidate will:

Act as the first point of escalation for all challenges experienced by the team and provide on the job coaching and support
Enable the achievement of the Treasury Operations strategy and objectives through the development and implementation of a tactical plan with targets
Ensure that all incidents and complaints are managed within service level agreements and that regulatory guidelines
Ensure that all payments are processed in line with the banks guidelines and payment procedures and that all non-payment related entries are recorded
Identify areas for improvements and make recommendations to the Operations Management
