This role sits at the heart of IT service delivery, supporting a modern, resilient and compliance-focused technology landscape.
As a Technical Support Analyst, you will play a leading role in managing service desk activity; engaging directly with users, resolving issues efficiently and driving service excellence across the organisation.
You will support the performance of Managed Service Providers, identify recurring trends to reduce ticket volumes, build user capability through training and guidance, and enhance the knowledge base to improve overall support efficiency.
Acting as a key link between technical teams and end-users, you’ll help optimise desktop services, strengthen user confidence, and contribute to continuous service and process improvements.
Success in this role will be demonstrated through high user satisfaction, timely issue resolution, reduced ticket backlogs, and ongoing enhancements to support processes including onboarding and daily IT interactions.
Ideal for someone with first- or second-line support experience, strong Microsoft Windows and application support skills, and a passion for learning new technologies.
