Trainee Fund Administrator

An excellent entry-level opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a long-term career in Real Estate and Private Equity fund administration. 

As a Trainee Fund Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of administration, management and company secretarial services across a diverse portfolio of funds and structures; including Limited Partnerships, Fund Companies and SPVs. 

You'll assist with investor reporting, fund transactions, cash management, onboarding new entities, and maintaining accurate records while gaining exposure to a wide range of clients and real-world projects.

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, comfortable taking initiative, and committed to studying toward a professional qualification. 

Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential, and full training will be provided across fund operations, governance, KYC/AML, documentation, and internal systems.
