This is an exciting opportunity to identify audit risks and perform identify weaknesses; carry out audit planning procedures including design of audit tests using audit methodology; meet reporting and auditing standards, highlighting issues and providing potential solutions; prepare financial statements/review client-prepared financial statement and other management reports; coach and train team; carry out performance evaluations; contribute to billing; identify opportunities to cross-sell and facilitate new business opportunities.
Candidate will hold professional qualification plus at least 3 years audit work experience; understanding of financial service clients; strong knowledge of current accounting and audit regulations; team player who can also work alone; proactive and flexible self-starter; ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; proven client handling and team leading experience; excellent communication, problem solving, analytical, planning and organising skills; initiative and lateral thinking; excellent knowledge of Windows software and accounting systems.
