The postholder will lead and manage sales team to deliver revenue, develop sales strategies and benchmarks, coach sales team for high performance, identify new business potential, build strong customer and manufacturing relationships, expand market presence through promotions and campaigns; analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity; implement customer retention strategies such as loyalty programs and after-sales engagement; monitor customer satisfaction metrics; set commercial budgets, forecasts, and pricing strategies; manage gross margin performance, stock turn, and profitability; train and lead; represent at forums and meetings.
