You will play a pivotal role in leading a high-performing team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional client service.
Acting as the primary liaison between Relationship Managers, clients, and internal stakeholders, you will ensure seamless client experiences, operational efficiency, and proactive support across a diverse portfolio.
You will oversee day-to-day client servicing, manage workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
