The successful candidate will provide a variety of customer support and undertaking any other operational tasks and administration within the team.
The candidate will prepare credit card applications packs - including ID&V check and reviewing high risk factors. As well as assisting customers with digital onboarding through face-to-face meetings, with the credit card mobile app and ancillary services.
