Compliance Administrator

Act as a Compliance Administrator within an investment management environment, supporting the delivery of a risk-based compliance monitoring programme to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. This role involves conducting regulatory file reviews, gathering and analysing data, and assisting in drafting clear, well-documented reports with actionable findings. It includes maintaining key regulatory registers, managing complaints processes from logging through to reporting, and producing timely management information to identify trends and inform decision-making. This position also requires regular interaction with internal stakeholders, contributing to meetings and follow-ups, while ensuring all compliance activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory expectations.
