This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing a robust AML/CFT/CPF framework, ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements across Fund Services Business, Trust Company Business, and Certified Funds. The successful candidate will support the business in meeting its regulatory obligations, oversee client due diligence processes, contribute to compliance monitoring and reporting, and provide high-quality guidance on AML and risk matters. The role also involves supporting senior compliance leadership and mentoring junior team members, while promoting a strong culture of regulatory compliance throughout the organisation.
