Compliance Associate Director

You will provide leadership across compliance, AML/CFT/CPF, and risk management activities, supporting the business in maintaining a robust regulatory and governance framework. 

You will oversee compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, client onboarding, and periodic review processes, ensuring adherence to Jersey regulatory requirements and internal policies.

You will work closely with senior management to enhance compliance frameworks, provide practical guidance on complex compliance matters, and support key regulatory responsibilities including MLCO and MLRO functions. 

In addition, you will lead and mentor the compliance team, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the ongoing development of policies, procedures, and training initiatives across the business.
