Customer Service Jersey Permanent Full-Time

To provide a high level of customer service through the application of excellent interpersonal skills and best practice policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Order/Backorder Status.

  • Shipping information and tracking.

  • Product features and fit.

  • Product availability.

  • Competition comparisons.

  • Customer orders including the entering and verifying promotional and seasonal orders when necessary.

  • Liaise with Customers, Colleagues in Finance, Warehouse, Customer Service, Retail store and Sales Agents.
