This exciting role is responsible for annual office budget, supplier costs and contract negotiation, office insurances, security, archiving, local Health & Safety, acting as first point of contact for visitors and guests, maintain bookings, facilities, catering, cleanliness and and refreshments for meeting rooms, managing couriers; onboarding / offboarding of employees, manage weekly food shopping, stationery and stock levels, manage local hotel and taxi suppliers, projects.
Candidate must be good school leaver with proven experience in similar role and preferably international company; able to multi-task; strong communication, organisation and customer service skills; can-do attitude; accuracy and attention to detail; high IT proficiency; proactive team player who can work independently.
