Employee Relations, Risk and Benefits Manager

Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for employee relations, governance and people strategy?

Lead our employee relations function while overseeing people risk, governance and employee benefits across our international business.

You'll be working closely with the Country Head of People & Culture, you'll provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensure compliance with employment legislation, oversee employee benefits, and strengthen governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. 

You'll be playing a key role in creating a positive employee experience while protecting the business through robust people practices.
