Working closely with the COO, directors and managers, you’ll provide trusted HR advice while supporting organisational design, workforce planning, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and cultural change.
You’ll also contribute to key HR processes, identify opportunities for improvement and use people insights to support better business decisions.
The role requires 4+ years’ HR advisory experience, with professional services or law firm experience preferred and CIPD qualification desirable.
