The purpose of this position is to assist with the routine day-to-day accounting of fund structures under the direction of a Financial Reporting Manager.

This role is concerned with bookkeeping funds and management companies and preparation, reconciliation and proofing of investor reports, statutory financial statements, and completion of routine audit queries; prepare periodic bank reconciliations and provide or source supporting documentation evidencing transactions; maintain accurate records on Yardi, eFront and Microsoft Excel working paper schedules for all aspects of bookkeeping; assist in preparation and reconciliation of periodic direct and indirect tax returns.
The successful candidate will have Accounting/Economics/Finance Bachelor/Master degree and be willing to study for a professional qualification; 2 - 4 years experience, exposure to Real Assets industry and knowledge of Propco preferred; exposure to regulatory reporting preferred (BCL, CSSF reporting); sound technical financial services knowledge; IT skills; exposure to Lux GAAP and IFRS preferred; quick to learn new systems and great with people.
