Part of a team providing accounting and financial reporting services for established and new real estate and private equity funds, involved in take-on and setting-up of new clients, undertaking varied projects, producing NAVs, preparing consolidated reporting and financial statements, reviewing bookkeeping, implementing policies, compiling and analysing financial information; bank debt covenant and VAT reporting; lead year end audits; statutory reporting;

This is a position best suited to a commercial yet technically minded person with team leading, UK GAAP and IFRS understanding and ideally real estate/asset management experience; ACA/ACCA qualified/at least 10 years’ proven experience at FA level (if not qualified); strong Excel knowledge; strong organisational, time management, planning reporting, problem solving and communication skills; proactive; highly organised with good time management and planning skills.
