High Net Worth Underwriter

You will assess complex HNW cases within delegated authority, maintain strong broker and intermediary relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that balance underwriting excellence with exceptional service. 

You’ll contribute to new business development, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, and leverage market insights to refine underwriting strategies and product offerings.

You will collaborate closely with Claims, Risk, Actuarial and private client teams, support process improvements, and help develop underwriting guidelines. 

The role suits someone with 3–5+ years’ HNW underwriting experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a client-focused approach. Progress toward qualifications such as Dip CII and familiarity with the Channel Islands regulatory environment are advantageous.
