Senior Manager, Client Compliance Services

You will provide senior compliance oversight to a portfolio of regulated client entities and fund structures, acting as Compliance Officer, MLCO, and/or MLRO in line with Jersey regulatory requirements. 

You will lead compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, risk assessments, and the development of robust compliance frameworks and controls.

You will work closely with boards, regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders to deliver practical, risk-based compliance support while maintaining strong client relationships. 

The role also involves overseeing compliance reviews, enhancing policies and procedures, supporting onboarding and CDD processes, and contributing to the wider compliance strategy within a fast-paced financial services environment.
