The role is to provide a bespoke premier Trustee administration service within agreed turnaround times for plans involving key executives in employee benefit trust’s, Trusts and Companies adopting a right first-time approach. Providing an operational point of contact for certain key clients.
Responsibilities Include:
To meet personal objectives in terms of productivity and quality of service when undertaking complex Trust administration tasks
To demonstrate an understanding of fiduciary responsibility to protect the client, yourself, the team, and the business.
Take responsibility for all operational contact client records and processes ensuring that the core client sites hold comprehensive, accurate and timely information so that day to day administration can be completed within the team.
To develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and internal contacts to maximise client retention.
